We have put in place security procedures and technical and organisation measures to safeguard your personal information. All data is stored securely on password protected devices via Google external storage. Passwords are changed regularly to ensure extra security of your data.
Your data is never shared with third parties in the exception of if we are asked by HMRC.
How long do we store your data for?
Personal data is kept for the duration of time required for the purpose of collecting the data- this may be for personal tax purposes. After such a period of time, the data will be deleted from any computer or device. If students enquire with us but do not take up lessons, we will only store their data for a term- unless they have specifically requested to be added to our waiting lists. An annual audit is carried out to ensure that all data that is no longer required for the purpose of processing is deleted.
We will use all reasonable efforts to safeguard your personal information. However, you should be aware that the use of the internet is not entirely secure and for this reason we cannot guarantee the security or integrity of any personal information which is transferred from you or to you via the internet.
